SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all our orders with express shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Shipping is free for all orders above 1000,- euro and always free for shipments to the Netherlands. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at check out.
Netherlands – (3-4 business days)
Europe – (5-7 business days)
Rest of the world (7-14 business days)
Please note, orders shipped to countries that are not part of the European Union are suspect to import costs which are paid by the customer.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you (we will ask you to pay for delivery costs). We offer returns on regular and sale orders however we exclude your shipping cost.

Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 14 days of receiving the item for your refund to be made. The refund will be made through the original payment method, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
